Saint Lucia Citizenship by Investment Scheme

There are multiple investment schemes to obtain the Saint Lucia citizenship and passport. Each citizenship investment option provides the same benefits including visa-free or visa-on-entry access to over 148 countries worldwide. 

National Economic Fund

Investing in the National Economic Fund of Saint Lucia is an easy way  to acquire citizenship while contributing to the development of the country’s infrastructure and utilities. The investment required to obtain dual citizenship through the National Economic Fund of Saint Lucia varies according to the number of applicants and dependents.
  • USD 100,000 for single applicant
  • USD 140,000 for main applicant and spouse
  • USD 150,000 for main applicant, spouse and up to two dependents

National Action Bond

Investors who choose the bond investment option will receive non-interest-bearing bonds. These bonds must be registered in the applicant’s name and held for a period of five years from the date of issuance. The investment requires a minimum of USD 300,000 for the applicant and any number of dependents, and an additional USD 50,000 for non-refundable fees. 

Real Estate Project

Investors can opt for the real estate project investment scheme and choose from a variety of approved projects, such as upscale branded hotels and resorts located in stunning natural settings on the beautiful island of Saint Lucia, known for its white sand beaches, crystal clear waters, and lush greenery. Through this investment option, investors have the opportunity to own the property they invest in. Minimum starting price is USD 200,000

Requirements of Saint Lucian citizenship by investment

Saint Lucia’s Citizenship by Investment program enables investors to acquire citizenship and a passport through investment. Applicants must meet specific requirements related to their personal and financial background. The program also allows for the inclusion of eligible family members, such as children under 30, unmarried siblings under 18, and parents above 55 years of age. To qualify and to name some of the requirements applicants must have:

  • Copy of valid passport
  • Copy of Birth certificate
  • Marriage certificate if applicable
  • Police clearance
  • Completed medical examination
  • Investment in one of the approved options
  • Bank reference letter
  • Proof of residential address
  • Table of information filled
  • Curriculum vitae for above 18 applicants
