Malta’s Individual Investor Program (MIIP)

 
Requires a minimum contribution of EUR 600,000 for a residence period lasting at least 36 months, or EUR 750,000 for a minimum of 12 months. Additionally, applicants must acquire a residential property in Malta valued at a minimum of EUR 700,000, which must be retained for a period of five years. Alternatively, an option is available to lease a residential property with an annual rental value of at least EUR 16,000, with the lease agreement also requiring a commitment for five years.
