Grenada Citizenship by Investment Scheme

There are diverse and multiple investment options available for obtaining citizenship in Grenada, with each investment program offering unique benefits. Here are some of the available investment options:

National Transformation Fund

The candidate provides a non-refundable monetary contribution to The National Transformation Fund (NTF). Single applicants are required to make a minimum non-refundable donation of USD 150,000 to the NTF.

Real Estate Investment

Acquire a government-approved real estate project with a minimum purchase value of USD 220,000. This option entails an additional non-refundable contribution of at least USD 50,000. The property must be retained for five years if it is later resold as a qualifying investment to another citizenship-by-investment investor.

Requirements of Grenada citizenship by investment

The Citizenship by Investment program in Grenada offers individuals the opportunity to obtain citizenship and a passport through investment.
